1/ How can I contact you?

If you are looking to contact us regarding an order, we ask you to ensure that you are in fact the purchaser of the item. We cannot discuss orders with anyone other than the person that purchased the item. If you are contacting us via email, please make sure that you are contacting us via the email address that is given at the time of the order.

1. Email Us. This is our preferred method of contact. As these emails go to our sales team, our purchasing team, our warehouse and our technical team, your email is more likely to reach the right department and get a faster and a better response.

2/ Can I come and collect the item?

No, we are an online internet retailer and we don't have a shop or a store, all our products are sold online. Please note that we don't hold stock in our sales office.

3/ Where are you based?

Our sales team operate out of our office in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire.

4/ Can I visit your office?

No. We do not have the levels of staff to deal with callers at our office. All order must be placed online.

5/ How will I get delivery notification?

An email will be sent to you at the address you have provided to confirm your order and date when goods are shipped / dispatched.

6/ What are delivery timescales?

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of us receiving your order.

Please kindly note that we only process orders on working days and not weekends.

This also depends on the item you purchase being in stock.

We are currently using a variety of different couriers to dispatch all goods depending on your location.

Please kindly allow at least 5 to 7 working days for delivery from the date your item has been dispatched.

We normally delivery all our orders within 4 to 5 working days but sometimes a delay could occur due to supplier dispatching the item late as not having the product in stock, Festive holiday Christmas Holidays and custom processing time. If for any reason we are not able to delivery your item within the time scale stated then we will deliver your items within 30 days of your order as this is the standard contract term. At the moment we are only able to ship to the UK mainland and Europe through info@smart-techshop.co.uk

7/ Missed Deliveries

In instances where items have been delivered and no one is there to accept delivery then items will be taken back by the courier and a card is usually left with couriers contact details. It varies from courier to courier whether they will re deliver (At no extra charge / Nominal Charge) or may expect you to collect at their depot.

8/ Late Deliveries or Despatch

Please note that we are able to ship out almost every order in the time scale provided, in rare circumstances our shipping capacity can be exceeded and could cause delay.

The other circumstance which may cause a delay is when the delivery service itself has a problem, this again is a rare situation but unfortunately this is not in our control. In this situation, we will do our best to take responsibility for the situation and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible and on time.

We always try our best to delivery your items in the timescale mentioned. But please note we will keep you updated with any issues that may occur. But for instance if you are not happy with our performance in relation to the delivery of your item, you may be entitled to a refund. (Excluding our postage charges and buyers responsible for return shipping costs of products purchased)

9/ Back Orders

Please kindly note that if any item on your order is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be contacted with the option to wait for delivery or cancel the order in exchange for a refund.
